I have decided against downloading this song from TH-cam so that every time I want to play it I come here so that you also benefit from the views.....I play it so many times. Legendary stuff...I remember the day he passed away..it was announced on the 8 pm News bulletin I was sitting with my uncle..we were very hurtful.
looking at the names of people who commented positively on this song and many others makes me realise how much we have allowed the so called politicians to plant devision among the peace loving Zimbabweans ,we used to dance to our own music regardless of who sang the song ,it is my biggest wish that one day we will realise how much we need each other
Oh yeah, we danced and got along nationwide in Rhodesia. Then Zanu Pf happened. Umtali to Kariba, Mtoko to Plumtree, Beit Bridge to Otto Beit Bridge plus Birchenough Bridge to Mukumbura, love, peace and harmony disappeared. I hate everything Communist.
I am glad to have known uFanyana Dube when he lived in Mutare & played with Ekhaya Band with the likes of Sam Mataure (drummer) Fanyana was a gentle soul and was loved by many . What a talent , a real legend. We are blessed to have his music legacy. This track is one of my very favourites by him. ❤❤❤❤❤
bab wami that youre gone i realise ukuth ubuyikho konke ithi and usilwele ngenhliziyo yakho yonke and for that i hope konke kukahle lapho ohona baba❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Iyi ingoma imnandi kakulu. Ezomugido/ mutinhimira womumhanzi by Eric knight na John Mzala Phiri. Ngikhumbule ekhaya bakhithi. I would listen to the songs without understanding a word but loved the rhythm and the melody. Now I can understand kancane haaaa I am listening to MaJee and Fanyana songs like mad. Majee besithi Umoya wami wo kawusekho lapha, khangela wena usukatshana koNtuthuziyathunqa haaaa Mfowethu haaaa wena ungadelela ingoma zabadala uzalimala. (Mweya wangu unobva waenda kumba straight) Gijima gijima Joshua uyobatshela abadala ukuthi mina ngithe agh agh ngisakhe ngikhumbule kahle.
He was one of the most talented musicians Zimbabwe has produced. He was a man with passion for music that he showed in what i pronounce as quality music. His music will never vanish away from the music charts. I thank you Mr Dube for the legacy you left us. The legacy that will always remind us who we are as a people. May your soul rest in eternal peace.
