When I tested for Patrol Sergeant, they pulled a detailed criminal and financial report on me. Any bankruptcy at any time was a disqualifier. Any late payments as well. I also had to go in front of a board. Now it's time to test for Lieutenant... Same process. A Police Chief should be held to even higher standards! These people are criminals!

I believe these 20k citizens have learned a strong lesson in the importance of elections, and in electing competent people to the job. Bankruptcy and indebtedness of a small community from the actions of a single individual should be a wake up call to the whole country.

They live in Michigan and I suspect there's something in the water there cuz both of them believe Kamala is going to save them. I encourage all to look up Jamey Noel from Clark County, Indiana. That crook was the Sheriff until last year when it was discovered he was using tax money to pay for personal expenses (including child support payments to his mistress) and sold vehicles to his daughter below market value. This went on for years before it was discovered while looking into some other crime he was accused of.

It is standard extortion and blackmail operating procedure for corrupt prosecutors. Only this particular case the accused is likely guilty where in most cases they extortion tactics are used to force innocent victims to plead guilty to at least one charge or face going to prison for a long time by going to trial and getting convicted of multiple charges. In this particular case it likely went down something like this. We know you're guilty of all 9 counts. You know you're guilty of all 9 counts. If we go to trial and you are convicted of all 9 counts you will be looking at a 100 years in prison. If you cooperate and testify against the Mayor we will drop 8 of the 9 counts and you will be out in less than 3 years. Hence, he is not guilty of all 9 counts, he is guilty of one count for cooperating with the prosecution because you have to admit guilt of at least one count to get a deal to cooperate. His cooperation allows him to get a deal by having most of the counts dropped by admitting guilt to just one or some of the counts. Understand now?

Why is the mayor not arrested and removed from office? Why don't they seize her vehicles? She should not be allowed to change locks to government building. The state should have Procurement Manual explaining legal purchases. No receipts credit card cut off that Friday till receipt is received. Anything over $500 needed two signatures. All equipment/furniture with Property numbers, had to be turned into Procurement.
It's terrible how she is still able to take money.

You can go back and do some research by watching some other videos in the past from other channels but I believe the reason why she has not been able to be removed at this point in time is because it is extremely difficult to remove a mayor in Illinois as was evident by Lori Lightfoot being in office as long as she was. When I was going on with Lori lightfoot, I looked into it and it turns out it's virtually impossible to get a mayor removed even if you go back into I think the 60s and 70s I believe Chicago had a mayor that allegedly killed somebody and they still couldn't get them removed. Something to do with the mayor being involved with somebody that got murdered anyway. My details might be a little bit incorrect but basically, the bottom line is, it is extremely difficult and almost impossible to have them removed and about the only thing you can do is vote for different mayor when the new election comes up. This is the problem that they have in the state to my knowledge but again, I encourage you to go into your own research. As far as the situation in Dolton with Tiffany hayward, they actually did try to vote her out and they had enough votes to vote her out roughly 6 months or a year ago but unfortunately the situation was overturned by a judge because the judge determined that since there had not been a situation where they needed to vote out a mayor that happened frequently in the recent past, they determined that voting the mayor out was not acceptable. My guess is if this does finally go further up the courts, heads are going to roll and the judge that did not allow the vote to go through and remove Tiffany is going to be disbarred as well because obviously leaving a mayor in office like this when there is obvious corruption going on is causing a major problem not only for the village of Dolton but also the state as well. As a result, I would guess that there would be some legal ramifications involved. But, I want to make it clear that I am not and attorney at all so I don't know but laws in Illinois and what is actually legal and my guess is that the FBI is doing there damndest to try to get her out as well as the states attorney general but I would have soon that there are some legal things that they are not able to actually do because she may not be doing certain things that her technically it legal. Perhaps she is doing things that we don't think our right or correct but there's a difference between doing things that we don't feel is OK and doing things that are actually legal or illegal. That I think is probably the main problem here. They are trying to make sure that whatever they bring her up on in reference to charges and making them stick, they want to make damn sure that they are able to make them stick legally so that they don't have a problem with lawsuits down the road. My guess is that part of the problem is that there's already a precedent set up and she may have been voted in based on prior city ordinances or rules or policies or laws and she hasn't technically broken any of them up to this point so perhaps they don't have enough evidence to say that they can remove her from office in a legal manner. That is my guess. Again, I highly encourage you to go and watch some of the previous videos because they actually discuss a lot of this and some of the other videos from other channels. I think legally the FBI and the Attorney General is running into a problem based on legal situations because she has been voted into these positions. I think she actually voted herself into the position of the city administrator because there wasn't one that was appointed and even though we probably could argue that she should not have been able to do that, technically speaking, if there were no rules prior to having herself voted in and it was legal, then I don't know what they can really do. Unfortunately though, something does need to be done because it's already way too late for this community and they're going to be tens of millions of dollars in debt in the next year if they don't hurry up and do something. The reality is though, this is one of those situations where the state needs to have laws set up where they can go in and shut down situations like this so that they can prevent the city from imploding on itself. My guess is the residents won't learn unfortunately and they won't actually take steps to make changes so this doesn't happen in the future but if they were smart, they would make sure that the next mayor and the people that are on the city council would put ordinances or laws into effect that Force the city to be able to have a vote and remove the mayor whenever they want so things like this don't happen.

O, I was speaking about this to someone. I wish I had the comment. Basically I told them that Police Officer, Chief, and Chair are all different things!!! You can make one person all, if the rules allow. Further, each role can have different requirements. The Chief of Police I think is appointed (unsure don't quote me). If so think, Presidential Cabinet. No real requirements. President, wants you, they have the right to appointment you. The Chief likely can be appointed, regardless of previous positions. But , yea Police Officer, Chief, and Chair are all different things.
