It's depends on the resources you have to upgrade other things that's why other players has more cp even tho you are same level
How to increase CP fast= $$$ this games entire content and progression is you paying. F2p youre wasting your time and wont enjoy it.

Levels aren't really what gives you the cp
He probably has his fairies upgraded by alot and there are much more things to get cp from
