Hi Ayo and Tony! Actually the world map is largely distorted due to what is called unwrapping a spherical shape and placing on a flat cartesian coordinates. So the further you go from the equator the more distortion. That is why countries like US and Canada look bigger than the their actual size. Thanks for the video.
Yes, I'm one of those Relocation Tour people looking to stay in your lodge for 10 to 12 days. I'm looking for places to live my retired days. I don't need much. I'm in very good health, one or two bedrooms, gym, trails, plant based lifestyle, love music, nature, and being African.
I just came to watch , after a long absence. Just realized, my brother Tony is getting more grey and looking older, greetings form the cold, connecticut USA.
I'm from Ghana 🇬🇭 Bono but leaving in Europe, i really love watching you guys ❤ and i think John dramani mahama will do better than Jake Toronto 😅 Nana Akuffo Addo
I agree that Authorities in Ghana should be notified but I would also expect Authorities to do their jobs without having to give a little “sometin, sometin.”
Hey Tony and Ayo! Thanks for sharing. We can breathe again! I am hopeful that president Mahama will help Ghana heal. Ghanaians have suffered too much over the past 8 years. 🙏🏾
You should encourage the retired singles who want a relationship and reside and build in Ghana to link especially the 50's and 60's age range who just want that rest of their lives person. Building together is easier that way but having that unity I believe will make the transition easier. Maybe a singles group for that age range would be great. Navigating alone I am sure can be taxing and lonely. Just a thought.
Hello Ayo and Tony great seeing you guys. Congratulations to the president of Ghana. I have visit Ghana once but I will be relocating to Ghana at the end of this year to live very excited about it.
The new president has a lot to do: 1]. Freeze lands and let owners pay a Dev't fee so that all utilities are done b4 building. 2]. Street naming & house numbers for digital & e-market. 3]. Land database & process: Ask all chiefs to register all lands and must sell b4 a magistrate. 4]. Public toilets & incentives for roadside businesses to let restroom use.
Hello good morning I am so glad to once again be watching you and I would love to come to Ghana. Just not sure how to go about it. I am retired. I retired early so people that I know are not at the place of being able to up and come to Ghana. I would love to make contact with you, please to be able to finally come to the motherland and hopefully to relocate that is my dream thank you so much for the videos that both you and your husband have put out so appreciate watching you.
Hubby and I are seriously considering an expat life, secifically a dual citizenahip in Ghana. We have 3 kids (5 yr old and 2 yr old twins). I'm most concerned about services and support for my son with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). I would love to know more about resources and servives available. Also, about percerptions of individuals with disabilities and invisible disabilities.
@@princessco04 we will be making the move too in October this year. I have a 5 year old daughter who is non verbal and a just turned 3 year old son with same issue. We are currently living in the Netherlands but Ghana is home and we are excited to make it work for our children in the motherland. I would love it if we can connect?
@@BGSheritaah I would love that. We are currently in the US, and with the current direction of this country, we are trying to plan an exit strategy. Ghana stood out due to 'fast track' pathway to citizenship for AA in the US.
POV: I think if we bring everything here from the foreign world like auditing etc, Ghana will be like America and we don’t want that. Where will you move if Ghana becomes like America 😅😅😅😅
Ghana is good except they just started building quality asphatic roads few years back. They use to build second class roads which didn't last and develop potholes. So the road infrastructure is still way behind and succeeding governments have to speed up road construction. (Quality) They are trying but its now so expensive to build quality asphatic roads.
I think all black history whether on the continent or in the diaspora are a collective of black history , all these histories should be taught because black people had history before enslavement and those who were enslaved actually had families that they were torn away from so really Africans on the continent should learn about what happened to those family members during enslavement just like the diasporans also need to learn about what happened to Africans on the continent during colonisation. As a people we should learn or these histories , if we do not learn this collective history like you have been saying history is likely to repeat itself.
Hi looking to connect with British expats that also have homes in Ghana. Does anyone know of any? We are a British based husband Ghanaiian and I was born in the UK from Jamaican parents. Ghana is my home too now. Just spent Christmas there. Happy to start one if there isn't one.
Nah, cannot mention Mahama in the same breath as Nkrumah - not by a stretch. The rampant corruption & lack of real (substantive) development seen most years since the early 60s continued through Mahama’s administration. Case in point for Nkrumah building a whole modern metro area/municipality - Tema, etc, etc What it is is that Ghanaians have short memories, besides those sycophants who sing the praises of their person in power.
Mahatma has no dirt on him. If you mean the others around him, that’s hard to control. Ghana needs a reset of mentality, away from the overly selfish and unscrupulous vanity that dominated the AA government.
@Davidnsonamoah81 are you not aware Progressing of Ghana,Was stop in 1966?still can't get what nkrumah put in Place? Ghana did retrogres,so we are starting all over and we will get there trust me.Iwas born @ Tema in the 50's and I witnessed 24/7 Jobs 3 shift. Criminals let they own country and citizens down
Who said Mahama was the worst president. How opd is that individual. Leave to the neutrai voters to talk, not tribal politicians, to tell us who the worst administration is. You can ke3p your opinion to yourself

There is no competition. There is enough for everyone. So we work together

Asphalt has been in the system for long. CP and Sonitra started asphalt over more than 2 decades ago. It's not new here

Great job of history lessons...too many have it mixed up. American history is not African (Black) American history in its tonality.
Sankofa is the way
Tony, the video looks blair
Slow internet speed

The problem with America is it is all about me and not about we so sad 😢
America is racist
You can’t create generational wealth on lease land

Loved Ghana but, I sure wish they would fix all those roads. Also, do they teach the history of slavery to America in the African school curriculum?
