I have made tsampa from hulled barley… it is very nice. I add ground cacao nibs to it for extra nutritional benefit. It tastes very good. I recommended it.

I take Tsampa -half bowl 2-3 times in a week.Tsampa is very strong..in beginning..2-3 spoons of Tsampa make me full from 7-12noon..

Buddha shouldn't have any desires.
He is not really a true Buddha ....he eats meat
Can anyone explains to me that in recarnation........you suppose to have lived a good life then you become or have a better next life......may I ask you if you keep going back to the first human being ...........how did he get there......no one could be exist before him to do good deeds for him.
So there is a flaw in Buddhism .........

A normal person follow his desire blindly, a cultivator see his desires arise try to stop it, a sage see desire is like no desire bc it has no effect to them. If a buddha has no desire, how can he have a desire to help all living beings free from suffering, So the buddha didnt eat meat? What is the reason behind not eating meat you have to find out. The buddha said dont eat meat so that you dont bring killing to yourself and other, but there are three exceptions that you can eat meat. I want you to find out for yourself these three exceptions. You know sometimes we have to really get into one religion or in this case , one philosophy teaching before we make comment, otherwise it make us look like a frog sit in the well and look at the sky

I think you shall better learn basic" what human are made of" n I don't know! what kind of religion you are practicing. To you he may be a common human but to us, he is our parent. you are nobody to degrading or addressing his position. Once Dalai Lama comes to Western countries, then he forgot what he really did and does in Tibetan society. In fact, millions of Tibetans are infighting because of Dalai Lama’s selfish religious dictatorship. First you should solve your own made problems then gives in front of others.
