I think MJF is awesome but never thought about it deeply until I read your comment. They are very similar and that probably why i like MJF. Think MJF has made his version of the gimmick his own but i dont blame him from taking inspiration from EC3. Would love to see this version of EC3 back though. He was my favorite in tna for a while. Gutted he went back to the wwe as I knew how it would turn out. Ec3 with trouble coking out to confront MJF saying he stole his gimmick would be so cool. Will never happen though
@@johnglass614 Ethan is currently the heavyweight NWA champ but his appearance and persona are totally different. Funnily enough, I am not feeling MJF's character development any more than I am EC3's. Both are way different now.

Vince's booking is either a 1 or a 0. WWE will either present you as a future main event draw from your first appearance, or as a jobber. EC3 got NO real opportunity from his first month onward, while Reigns kept getting pushed even after years of crowds booing him. Reigns got treated as a 1, EC3 a 0.
its sad that he has all the tools Vince likes and fails to use him correctly. in NXT, Triple H seemed to have a great plan for him and then he got called up and Vince put the screws to him.
Pretty amazing knowing he was Derick Bateman apart of the NxT and now look at him dude is one of the most popular main faces of the IMPACT wrestling company and if he ever comes back to WWE, he will be noticed and he will be amazing!

Seth Rollins can wrestle but not that good as a heel, were EC3 can do both. Wwe is water down, ask yourself this. When was the last time, their was a finish to a wwe world heavyweight championship match. Where no one interfered, guarantee been over a year. Once in a while is okay but every single ppv, gets ridiculous. And 9/10 times, you can easily predict the outcome and whose coming out

He got released by WWE but got himself over and got a deserved return but they handled him so wrongly. This gimmick was/is tailor made for WWE, it was given to them on a plate and they dropped.
