Y u only use 2 wires on xlr not 3 .. Is it d same f we use 3 wires for xlr to trs aux ..

You should solder the ground wire to XLR pin 1, not 3. Start with a small piece of wire soldered to pin 3, and twist the other endog it together with ground before you solder both to pin 1. Then the signal wire to pin 2.
