Shadows of evil also gets a nod from me because of the beast mode system meaning you don't need to route to a central power switch and then back to Jug. You unlock the perk naturally as part of the pack a punch quest so the route is very smooth no matter where it spawns

Definitely would place Nuketown below Shi No Numa, largely for the fact that you can literally go 25 rounds until you finally see Juggernog. This is bad on its own but becomes even worse because Nuketown is cramped and a very difficult map that's very easy to get double swiped on. Depending on where it spawns, it becomes even more difficult to play the map if it isn't behind the green house, as that's easily the best spot to train and go for high rounds in.
Since your doing kinda uncommon tier lists could you do a point weapon tier list? I only found one and it's pretty old😊 just curious and I like your accent so whatever you do keep em coming ❤

Kinda weird you have the only map that you can get Jugg on round 1 all the way at the bottom. Even if you don't use the bank you can still use good point farming and find and buy Jugg by round 5.
