Yes, to both questions, but only when using it with the onboard CollabOS Android OS, and the native apps. It cannot be used as a Teams Rooms on Windows device without the touch controller (Tap).
Will there be a firmware update to update the HDMI outputs to 4k? It is really beyond me that there are dual 1080p HDMI outputs when the device is supposed to be a 4K device.

Yes you can. Just like open another app in mobile phone.

I am unsure about those plans from Logitech. You would have to inquire directly with them.
