I have an explosive payload dragonfly roll and it’s amazing for ad clear especially for the ads in say the warpriest encounter and the “thunder dome” mechanic in the oryx fight it just takes one shot to clear all the thrall spawning
My first ever drop of it on day one was a vorpal frenzy and I love it so far. Will probably end up putting enhanced versions of those once I can craft it
I just did the raid about 20 minutes ago and got my first doom of chelchis which was a god roll. Explosive payload and one for all with a handling masterwork
Focused fury and explosive payload is the roll I got. pretty solid for ad control and focused dps. Build is More aligned for solo content but works well in the raid too
Explosive payload is the best possible perk for this gun imo. Gonna be rolling that and repulsor brace now that it's basically infinite over shield with gyrfalcon.

I was able to get Firefly / Frenzy so when i saw i had this i said aww man it's a Fatebringer Scout lol 😆 i never checked gunsmith to see the rolls so before your vid i was hoping for Explosive / Firefly ... But now that i see it cannot have that roll i guess I'm pretty happy with it ☺ 👍
Firefly/Dragonfly definitely is not pointless, you're effectively doubling your explosion damage, for ad groups in high end content that's a lot less shots required for densely packed ads. Not to say that it is the best roll or the best for all situations, but it deserves much more credit than the triple tap/FTTC roll on Duty Bound.
My first was Corkscrew, Appended, Explosive Payload, Frenzy and it rarely leaves my energy slot on my hunter. I haven't gotten the God Roll yet, but I'm super pleased with this roll.

Explosive, one for all was my first drop and I've loved it over all my other drops. Firefly frenzy is a close second. But I'm good with those as my God rolls
I absolutely love scout rifles but recently they've felt.... trash but recently I halfway did a raid and man.... I fuckin love this thing I am not a good pvp player and only average of 6-8 kills a gambit match with dmt (only cause I like the look since nerfed it kinda sucks in my opinion) but when I put the doom on I got 15 kills in the second game 3x 4 kills invade and a 3x kill was amazing I love this thing
Hmmm.. Vorpal and One (combined is 55%). Vorpal gives you 10% for Heavy; 15% for Special and; 20% for Primary. One for All gives you a 35% damage for 10 seconds. That scout's a primary with an elemental affinity doing 20% damage. 55%
My exploding payload/one for all roll is ridiculously good too, probably the best scout rifle I've ever used in destiny which is crazy. The explosive payload generally procs the one for all because of all the explosive damage hitting 3 enemies with one shot, so you basically have one for all 100% of the time as long as you are firing. Oh, wasn't sure that was the roll you were gonna call, good call lol
Explosive Payload/Frenzy is the roll I have and its unbeatable in PVE. Seriously the buffa from Frenzy with the overflow from the intrinsic and the double extra damage for free is just easy use.
@@ImpressiiveGames first of all, frenzy isn't underrated. It's one of the most used perks across all weapon types. That's laughable. Secondly, just because you like that roll, doesn't make it definitively the best roll. Pretty much just throw your entire take in the garbage.

When in comparison to other perks and based on a lot of people's suggested rolls for weapons, it is absolutely on the list of underrated. Even in PVP, Coolguy had to note that it was underrated. I had like 7 different god roll combos of this scout but deleted them all today or infused them as 1680’s into other guns as I got my 5th red boarder today and crafted mine! Will be crafting probably 3-5 of this gun with all different god roll combos as there are so many amazing god rolls combos for different needs. I will definitely have a PvP dedicated one as well with explosive Payload and maybe Eye of the Storm.
You realize it costs a lot of harmonic alloys to craft this thing right. Good luck crafting 3-5 of them. Also infusing raid weapons is a big no no since you’re losing out on acquiring these harmonic alloys from doing that.

i got adaptive munitions/ focused fury, i would love to have adaptive with frenzy cuz that's gonna be sick for gm's, adaptive is hella useful there

I got an explosive payload/repulsor brace roll and it is a destroyer. Doom was the main weapon I was looking forward to coming back with King's Fall.
That's the one I want to craft. Gyrfalcon now gives basically unlimited over shield when coupled. Can't wait

btw explosive payload doesnt increase damage it just splits half the damage as explosive which means it gets no fall off :).

I have this Doom of Chilli with EP and OfA with Volatile Rounds, Gyrfalcon and FoM and I’ll tell you what-this thing is spicy.
I got that exact roll. One for all and explosive payload plus tac mag and corkscrew rifling, range masterwork It’s a very good weapon.
