Apni khushi workers k saath share ki - 6 kilo Curry || Fried Meaty Rings - Oyster Sauce Fried Rice

- Complete Recipe in English:
Fried Meaty Rings
Ingredients
• Chicken mince 1/2 kg
• Onion chopped 1/2
• Fresh coriander 1/2 cup
• Salt as needed
• Black pepper powder as needed
• Paprika powder 2 tsp heaped
• Bread crumbs 4 tsp
• Bell pepper 2 (colours of your choice)
• Corn flour 2 tsp
• Eggs 2
Preparation
1. Mix together chicken mince, onion, fresh coriander, salt, black pepper powder and paprika powder and bread crumbs.
2. Cut bell peppers into 1 cm thickness.
3. Put them in a bag and add corn flour. Mix well to coat the corn flour on the rings.
4. Now place them in a tray and fill them all with the mince.
5. Coat them in eggs and shallow fry on low heat until the chicken well-cooked from inside.
6. NOTE: Do not cook on high flame otherwise egg will turn dark brown and rings will not look appetizing.
7. Enjoy with ketchup!
Oyster Sauce Fried Rice
Ingredients
• Boiled rice 3 cups
• Oil 3 tbsp
• Spring onions chopped, 1/2 cup
• Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
• Onion 1, chopped
• Green bell pepper 1, finely chopped
• Carrots 2, finely chopped
• Blanched spinach (or peas) 1/2 cup
• Oyster sauce 3 tbsp
• Soy sauce 3 tbsp
• Chili sauce as needed (optional)
Preparation
1. Heat oil in a wok and add garlic and spring onions.
2. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Add chopped onion and fry until translucent.
4. Add carrot and bell peppers on high flame and sauté until vibrant in colour.
5. Now add rice, oyster sauce and soy sauce and chili sauce.
6. Mix well on high flame and add blanched spinach and mix.
7. Serve immediately.
8. Enjoy!
