Do you know if the Auto Leveling feature needs to be calibrated when the headlight is replaced? If not, would an initial static level just needs to be set? Thanks!
It does not have to be calibrated, the headlight sistem will calibrate itself based on the calibrating sensors mountedon the subframe in front and rear.
Question - if you swap out all bulbs, ignitors, and control units [ I am not sure if it is part of the headlight unit] on the adaptive headlight with xenon lights, onto the new lens, do you have to reprogram the lights?
No you don't have to reprogram if you only install different bulbs or led. Only if you install a new model of headlight from a newer version of the car you have. For example if you have h7 headlights and you want to Install bixenon headlights you need to do a lot of modifications from wiring to leveling sensors installed on front and rear suspension arms and headlights washer sistem on front bumper. And after that you need to program the headlights.

Thank you for this. Do you have the part number for the clips
I don't have the part number for the clips, but just search on the internet and you'll find them🙏
type in google "c05 clips bmw"
It's a must that you remove the front wheels first if you don't want to waste time with bloody knuckles and cuts on your arms.
Yes, it's true my friend, it's a lot easyer with the front wheels removed first 🙏
