  • Preview Briohny Smyth's Full Body Flexibility class from her Fluid Flexibility Flows series.Try the full Fluid Flexibility Flows series FREE for 2 weeks here: alomov.es/flui...
    ABOUT THIS SERIES:
    Build flexibility and fluidity in your practice with five perfectly designed flows for each area of your body. Have fun flowing without the sets, reps, and static postures that many flexibility-building practices require. Instead, Fluid Flexibility Flows uses a series of muscle-specific flows designed to target areas of the body that we struggle the most with building flexibility in: the hamstrings, shoulders, front body, and back body.
    The 5 classes in this plan range from 30-70 minutes. Four classes focus on building heat and flexibility in one part of the body -- hamstrings, hips, back body, and front body - and one class utilizes all muscle groups for a freeing full-body flexibility flow. Not only will each class give you a great workout, they will also help you learn to open up the body in a safe and effective way by using clear alignment cues that guide your practice. Expect to feel invigorated, balanced, elated, and more flexible after each class.
    ABOUT BRIOHNY:
    With over ten years of experience building yoga teacher trainings, online content, festivals, and retreats, Briohny Smyth is internationally acclaimed as a leader in the global wellness community.
    After initiating a worldwide discussion around yoga with over twelve million views of her Equinox videos, Briohny continues to focus on sharing her passion. Her online classes and tutorials range from full fitness flows to mind-body health. She has cultivated a large social media following with insights around wellness, parenting, and entrepreneurship.
    Briohny’s dedication to yoga as a practice shines through in her signature classes, which blend an invigorating flow with eye-opening alignment instruction. From teaching stronger inversions to providing business coaching, Briohny enjoys helping people discover the range of their abilities. In building both body and mind, her favorite moments are in seeing people find and blend their true values into their practice.

    I really liked the lesson. However I want to suggest you to post complete lessons, you may choose to do it shorter and then advertise your full buyable program, but do not make a long preview like this, as the exercise is interrupted which is not really nice after following for 37 minutes. Just my 2 cents

    Hello, beautiful class but what about last 30 minutes?

  • @martanisha3
    @martanisha3 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    terrible! firstly, this practice is definitely not for beginners. secondly, why does the practice stop in the middle? you will have to complete the practice on the second side yourself.
