Hi Martin. In Engelberg u will find the easiest launch (Brunni) and it comes with the possibility to fly down to the valley. Pilatus has a S-SW launch at the hotel on top which is a bit tricky. In late afternoon there is an easy launch to W (thermic) but it comes together wit a 15min walk downhill (launch u see in the clip, called Klimsen (at the chapel)). Still its one of the most impressing top-to-bottom cause u fly over Lucerne. Spectacular!;)
hey.. sorry to anwser so late^^. Switzerland belongs to the expensive countries on this planet. So... if your budget is small u might try with couchsurfing or other pilots. There are ways to travel this county cheap if you dont want to stay in Hotels and eat in Restaurants all time
