The second is Vanthiyathevan and Kundavai's first meeting at Kudanthai Jothidar's home. Sadly, looks like the character of Manimegalai itself has been scrapped in the movie.
If u read the novel you'll get to know that He's the only one whom Nandini took seriously since He wasn't distracted by Her charms yet Kundavai accepts Him in the end. Vandiyadeva was the ultimate chad even thousand years back.
This should have been a series rather than two part movie! or at least a tribology like LOR! PS1 was pure poetry. PS2 I felt like they rushed to wrap up!

In the book version she didn't even let her husband touch her in the name of fasting and kept triggering him with lust to get things done for her. She tried to use the same charm on every male who she found to be useful in chozha kingdom and the only person who didn't obliged with it is Vandhiyadevan. Though he felt sparks at the initial stage, he would compare her beauty with a snake (beautiful, charming and dangerous) As a result he will stay away from her
