Lately I’ve seen more and more people using the little strike indicator on top. Me personally I like straws on my setups. What’s the pros and cons of the strike indicator?
chase fry i like the strike indicators just because it gives a little bit more visual i always would wait even with straws until the float and all is out of sight they strike indicator is just a smaller use of a straw imo
I use a strike indicator as a depth indicator. Certain times of the year I like to fish a foot or so off the bottom. If you are on the bottom the strike indicator will hang off the side of the float. Once you come off bottom your strike indicator will sit straight up like you see in this video.

What is the drop test for?
How did you attach the weights to the bobbers?
I have a problem of my float spinning around and causing my line to twist up. Is there any way to stop that or is it my line?
Yea that's why I like useing a straw bobber with it.
