Thanks for the vids! My unquenchable lust for Oshkosh vids led me to your channel. Fellow mil aviator, I'm assuming you own the Bonanza you flew in on, and I now know you're building a Rans. Any chance we could get an aircraft ownership vid? Pluses/minuses, things you didn't know before you started?
Absolutely! Yes, my Bonanza is my second airplane. That’s a great idea. My “buying an airplane” series should contain a lot of what you’re craving, but yes, I’ll start thinking about an airplane ownership episode/series. Thanks, Will!
@@jamesbruzgis9476 My bones aren't as enthusiastic about sleeping on the un airconditioned ground as they used to be. My one time at Oshkosh was in a truck camper parked in the area that allowed generators. Not as cool as flying...but somewhat cooler than a tent.
Oshkosh Rocks! Great seeing you and catching up at RANS. Randy
Pick your favorite colors. After that, any design will look good...especially with your CD/Eagle logo is on the tail.
Great video! Looking forward to more.
Great job Steve (two thumbs up)
Thank you very much for sharing your efforts and experiences with all of us, much appreciated.
Always my pleasure, Dave! Happy August

We just got back fm OSH with a camper for the first time. So amazing!
A camper sure woulda been nice! My tent was a bit… wet. Glad you had an amazing time! I sure did too.
@@CLEAREDDIRECT Somebody flies and somebody drives a camper...seems to be a great combo. You also get to bring a few more folks with you.
@@Joe_Not_A_Fed I fly every week. In order to get the wife to sign off on osh, we needed to glamp. So glamorous clamping it is!

I hope you actually had some time to enjoy yourself, it seems like you spent the whole time filming anything that didn't involve a toilet.
Ha! I enjoyed every minute of it. Next year I’ll stay longer and and not feel like I had to go Mach 2. Maybe…
