Union signed Baribo in 2023. Jim Curtin didn’t give him play time until last month. This talent has sat on the bench. Imagine being able to use Baribo as a sub on last year’s playoff run or earlier this season. I like Jim but Baribo shows why he shouldn’t be coach.
Well the Harkes goal was good. That’s about it from a Revs standpoint. Baribo is in great form for Philly, looking like the real deal. Quinn Sullivan had a screamer as well. And good for Cavan to get his debut, albeit in a blowout. He’s obviously got huge potential. Back to our poor Revs, hopefully we can get lucky enough to get a result against Dallas this weekend. Beyond that, a huge month off MLS play to get healthy and pleaseeeee sign a couple of players this window. We need a lot of help right now, but if we could get a solid striker to partner with Vrioni and a dynamic winger to lessen the blow of losing Chancalay for the season, who knows, we might just be able to sneak into the playoffs. At least we can hope😂. Go Revs!
Two replays for that Gazdag on the post miss, but not even a single one for that banger from Sullivan. Despite the tremendous rain, Union fan's deserved to see that amazing win!!
@@netaneldarmon just by watching him I can’t tell he’s not that good, maybe MLS is good for him since it isn’t that competitive, even though he scores, he still misses so many chances. You think him scoring a hat trick is good but he could have gotten at least 5, he missed so many goals.
@@TrxeisHimlisten I’m from France and Imfor sure there is no comparison to the European football. Even if missing occasion is part of the deal last week Mbappe missed so many occasion so what ? Baribo is very athletic and has a good technic and not scared of scoring . He also push his team I can tell . Yes he is not Messi but at the end goals talk . And when he started playing 90 minutes he started scoring. That all he has to do .
It blows my mind how many Philly fans think Curtin can go from coach of the year and leading the Union to being one of the best teams in the league, to suddenly being a horrible coach who has no idea what he's doing. Blame the owners for being completely unwilling to spend money, not the coach who took one of the cheapest teams in the league to the top for multiple years. Imagine if he had actual funding.
@@steez7346 Some good years no doubt. One of the original teams - and in many ways Kraft has kept the league alive. Also, it's not my money. But a soccer specific stadium and marquee players/managers should be a few handshakes and signatures away for guys like this. These 2 gazillionaires could be setting the standard here in the US.

That was kinda cool seeing Sullivan debut! Plus some great goals from both sides ( would’ve liked to see more going our way!)
Do you think the Revs will turn it around next season? I hope so
If Kraft suddenly decides to invest in us then maybe!
Sullivan brothers 🔥
Baribo with the hattrick 🔥

The Kraft Sports Empire really is at a low ebb atm.
what a game to see in person
Baribo should play in europe
He did before we bought him
Baribo is the best !!!!
He’s not good, it’s just because their opponent team is terrible
@@TrxeisHimwhy do you say that ? He literally didn’t play until now . And now he is scoring at least one goal every match .

I think Curtin has a ton of issues such as being horrible at integrating players in, but the owners are definitely most of the problem
The fact that so many people in this comment section are turning blind eyes to this fact honestly makes me lose brain cells.

Kraft and Blank - loads of money. Should be the best two teams in MLS and setting the bar high. Should be embarrassed.
revs were the best team a few years ago when they set the record for most points in MLS history, but after that szn we sold all of the good players.
