COOKING WITH THE OPMs: SAUSAGE MEATBALLS IN COCONUT BROTH
Tried a new recipe for my family today: Sausage meatballs in coconut broth
I used;
2 lbs hot italian sausage (rolled into 12 balls)
1/4 oil
2 tsp turmeric
3 tsp better than bouillon roast beef
2 tsp better than bouillon chicken base
slices of ginger
1 garlic clove (sliced thinly)
4 stalks of scallions
1 tsp anise seeds
1/4 tsp cardamom (optional)
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp pepper flakes
1/4 tomato paste
4 dry bay leaves
4 cups unsweetened coconut milk

You're correct, i was worried for Genesis under the stove with the hot oil cooking. It could splatter out and burn her face/head, and the boy sitting on the counter, not safe at all. Kids move very fast.. 1st time seeing your family, very pretty Mum. Beautiful children ❤️
