Hey B and co…I’m 35 YO and have been really sick due to my salt intake. I never thought that it would affect me, I was so naive. I’m thin, eat healthy but add salt to my food. My ankles and wrists are no longer there, just swollen slabs. The swelling is painful and I’m experiencing chest pains. Tests are ongoing though my Dr instructed I cut all salt and gave me a potassium IV to flush sodium.

Wrap it tightly in foil if you cooking it in the oven put it on 300 cook it slow guarantee tenderness same on the grill let it smoke low heat and slow it’s delicious
Nothing to it she eats the already smoked turkey ones so they are partially cooked and she just heats them up probably in the oven and drown them in the seafood sauce 😩
