Made the 1:72 Zvezda version.Great kit! The suspensions were a little tricky and small but I have to say Zvezda has been really putting out some nice 1:72 kits. Anyways it's always a pleasure watching your videos!
Hi Lukas, another great start to an outstanding building my onebof the hobbies true masters, I am looking forward to the painting and weathering updates, very best regards from Australia, Les
Wow Lukas, pleased to see the Zvezda kit. Enjoy to see the painting result. The construction if perfect. I have closely the same set with Bumerang, but is still waiting in the queue!!! If you need Zvezda kits or some extra’s, ready to help you very fast, just contact me! Cheers!
Widać szczegóły i ostrość samego modelu. Dodatki tylko uatrakcyjnią całość. Czekamy na malowanie i brudzenie😁😁👍👍
Wow! Zvezda looks so much better than in the 90s! I remember building their Su-34, Su-25 and other kits (some repackaged by Italeri) back then. So many issues at that time with parts fitting, quality really poor. Nice to see they have improved.
Say what you want, but Zvezda kits are good. specialy new ones. Built this one out of the box, simple pain job, but it looks good. Have built Pantsir -s1, TOR, T90MS and other kits. they all are good, goes together well, requires minimal clean up and one can get nice model at the end. and price are good as well. Nice job, want to see end product :)
I've always wanted to build the Boomerang, but I cant decide between the 1/35 or the 1/72 model Zvezda 1/72 models are overcomplicated in my opinion, like, too many parts for tiny stuff on a 1/72 model seems like complete insanity (and I've built the 1/72 Chieftain by Takom... So I know what mad amount of parts are) Might give the 1/35 model a chance, just dont know how to paint it, wanna do some camo but I doubt there's a lot of references Edit: the only zvezda 1/35 kits I've built were the Mercedes L4500A and the BMP-2D, the BMP was hell cause was an old mold but the L4500 was perfect
Btw I'm a huge fan of wheel vehicles, I would love to see how you would treat the new Trumpeter 1/35 VBM Freccia I know you would make an outstanding work just like always
I havent had Freccia in my hands, maybe there will be a chance to build it. :) And about Bumerang - it's true there isnt much references but I used some digital pictures. You will see it in the next episode or right now on my Patreon :)
Hello mr. Cold. I like your non politics attitude.scale modelling is for fun!with sticky greetings from Brandenburg germany.faithfully yours.your modellmate.christian
i have a love/hate relationship with this company, some kits ive gotten have been great and a few have been a headache to build. this one looks to be a very good kit
Problem of new zvezda models - it's models replication. Same problem this ICM. They ALWAYS need to buy kits or make their own replica parts. ( I mean, not then model in box great and u want buy something, but always NEED buy extra parts for better result. ) Zvezda has too much simplification in detail that I buy photoetch all the time ( mostly reticles and barrels ). I have a very negative experience with BMP 3. I previously collected an old hobby boss and it is cheaper in price, the replicability is exactly the same (Bad and you have to do everything yourself anyway, but there is etching and at least a small interior. ) Here is what really pleased many people - this model ZIL 130 in 1:35 scale.
@coldemonspl well, i try find something modern in my shop, but all have hight price. I want buy: leopard 1 from meng, JLVT, Bradley, object 640, but i want buy dops. And seller give me Bumerang APC from Panda. Then I back home - will use video how instruction.
Its a sad state of affairs if you have to add a foreword at the beginning of the video over the political nature of this kit. Honestly if you get offended by a kit manufacturer from Russia you need to get a life...
I once tried to throw away this set, but it just kept coming back..... Everytime. ;) Those are some crisp details on that kit. Yet you managed to detail it up even more!
Agree about your politics statement. There is one guy in the UK who as a modelling bench channel, he will not build Russian tanks etc, due to current climate, that's just stupid.
I dont really care about someone choices. I built this kit BEFORE the war. And buying the kit from Russian company makes the Russia state strronger? OMG, really? And what about the diamonds and other goods selling even there is embargo? F... it! I build models from different countries - Germany made a lot of bad things here in Poland but I made a lot of German vehicles...
Nice model mate. No politics needed. Just a good model
Thank you very much buddy! :)

Great build, and a good looking kit! You have certainly have me thinking of adding an 8x8 to my collection.
First you should check my book published by AK Interactive. :) 8x8 is lovely subjhect and there is a lot of models to build in this range :)

Great work! What CA glue do you use?
Right now I use VMS CA glues. But also AK products. :)
@ cool! Thanks!
although i usually don't like the way Russian APCs look, the Bumerang has to be my favorite one
Many thx mate! :)
Cool
Many thanks! :)
Very nicely done, Love ittt!!! could you do the Zvezda BMPT Terminator next sir??
many thx! Ive got Terminator from Meng with some extras so... :)

Dziękuję! Lusterka faktycznie nie są idealne, ale te naklejki są wystarczające. Nie zwracałem na nie już póżniej uwagi :)
ive only built one zvezda kit a boeing 737 and its cool, but this 8 wheeler looks alot better
Yeah! Thx for your comment :)

Yep, they started with T-90 couple years ago.
Zvezda nadal ma tak miękki plastik ?
Mega mi się ten wóz podoba.
Będę miał piękny poradnik :D
Miękko średni. Fajnie mi się z nim pracowało. Kwestia gustu. :)
Agree, keep politics out of modelling
Thank you very much buddy! :)
Is there any reason not to paint the wheels before attaching the middle part? Save a lot of time in masking
It would be hard to present it built and ready to paint. Of course it is possible. :)

Looks good! I didn't install the propellers on mine :)
Thank you very much buddy! :)
how soon will the second part with the painting be released?
Tonight on Patreon :)
Nice job! Did you make the tow cable?
Thx! The tow cable is produced by Eureka XXL. :)
Built the Panda one, it goes together very well. Not sure of accuracy though.
Thank you very much buddy! :)
The Russian version of the US Stryker AFV...
