Marhaba, Shukran. I am a finnish man from Finland (North Europe) and great that since ancient times Iraqis have already made much similar bakings as we do here in Finland on modern times, named korvapuustit. They are made bigger than Kleicha. We do put in filling just butter, sugar and cinnamon. You can see recipe and instruction for example in youtube-video "Finnish Cinnamon Buns - Korvapuustit Culture on a Plate". I have made those both, Korvapuustit and Klecha.
