    Hello sir, please tell how their role has changed during covid scenario and what can they do extra. There is a major gap created due to lack of shopper interaction, how do we will that?

      In Covid scenario, promoters are not effective as there is no footfall in the stores. Companies will have to think differently during this time. However, markets have started to open, hopefully everything will be back to normal soon.
