I requested upon booking the room that I want to surprise my wife because its her birthday so if they can decorate the room on complimentary basis to which they agreed. But when I checked in, there was nothing there. When I checked with them they simply refused that our resort policy clearly states that we don't cater birthdays and anniversaries and I need to book ferry for which they wanted to charge me . Long story short, I fought with them for this and one more reason which u can see in my next video then only they decorated my room the next day. Thats behind the scene story that I shared with you so honestly speaking, they will agree for whatever you ask at first but later they will try and charge you for whatever they can and you get no choice because you are on an island which belongs to them and you have no power. Hello! Can you comment on the Indian food availability and taste at Oblu Xperian. I will be travelling with my mother and she has a hard time dealing with non-indian meals/breads etc. thanks! Overall do you recommend stay at this resort?

I faced some issues with them regarding payment as I discussed in the video but that doesn't change the fact that the resort was beautiful.
