Saw it W vid but personally the extra eight strength points is really good also the sundering on yarthul means fire moves do not have reduced damage and since lifeless skull has the highest base damage it does so much the slime shield passive good for bosses that will target you with melees and some bosses have only one melee like yarthul or thorian even in MV the paladin will have agro so overall I think dulhulan brawler better

Try torching soul scroll before he uses hellfire/magma beam, it gives you a wall of buffs

You get them from echo shards,which are items that only metroms vessel and presents can drop(though it will become metrom only pretty soon)
