Nice vid man.... Those be Jugg 2 gears & housings.. the OG Jugg input shaft & gears in top of the diffs were smaller and the top shaft isn't that long (the reason why Tamiya offered upgraded parts for the OG Jugg and wny it was only available for a month or 2) That was fixed for the Jugg 2 (hence 2000 molded on the parts). Now lets get into the noise, have you found the problem? If I were you, I would buy extra parts before trying to mod a part that a Japanese engineer could come up with.. With parts being hard to find or costing you a nut to buy, I wouldn't be cutting or drilling a part that I couldn't replace if things go bad (I was an auto tech for over 20 years), I look forward to see how you can seal those diffs, with all "open" spots and not being machined to a tight tolerance, aside from filling the diffs with RTV, I can't see them being sealed. Good luck dude!!!

Greetings Uncle Bob! They're the axle housings and top beveled gears from the Juggernaut 2, I knew about the Jugg 1 gear issues, so I purchased the replacements right away after winning the truck from eBay. If you watch the video again starting at 5:06 you'll see the axle's pinion shaft is long and has a bearing on the end. I showed a comparison between the Jugg 1 & 2 in one of my previous videos. ☺ th-cam.com/video/9J0Eu_UUjPE/w-d-xo.html
I made some more discoveries, no further drilling of the diff housing is required. Please watch the next video, it's starting to get exciting. Thank you for watching!

@@galkawarrior Yup, seen the shaft that's why I said Jugg 2 (or TXT-1/2). As a guy that owned all the trucks except the Jugg 2, I didn't like the Red color (I know, could paint it any color) or the new stickers. The only trucks I have left are 5 Clods (Gray Edition Clod is still new in boxes, yes boxes, it's still in the box Tower Hobbies shipped it in) and 2 TXT-2's. My second TXT-2 I built from buying parts but I'm missing the G-Parts, bumpers, shock/radio/battery box mounts & axle guard/servo mount. I just can't find any new ones... Tamiya is out, Tamico is out...

@@UncleBobsRC Did you get the Clod black edition too? I remember you said you preodered 2? I need to buy some parts from Tamico that Tamiya USA is out of. And I'm thinking of converting to TXT 6mm gearbox and axles shafts. But I'm also thinking of just staying with the 5mm size, because the gearbox hex nut for the Jugg 1 is only 7mm, the others are 12mm, I'm thinking of making a cush drive. 😅

I miss understood your initial post, I thought you were asking if they were Jugg 2 gears and housing... 😅
