Valide Kösem Sultan, who learned that Sinan Pasha was a traitor, realizes that he has been exposed. Helpless corners. I love television births. Less than two minutes, no mess, lady's hair and makeup is great, her clothes are fully intact, baby looks like it's 6 months old. It's so funny to those that have witnessed actual birth! Lol
I was in labor for two and a half days with my first baby. Serious labor for about 8 or 9 hours. No one would want to watch that lol.

For all those asking. It is somewhat correct about her looks after birth. One... Muslims use a lot of water during birth to keep everything clean. 2nd Kosem was very strong woman. She had many more kids than in the show but of course they died as children or babies. Keep in mind this is her first baby.

@Amira Djiar because is one the most popular actress in turkey. Thé rating in turkey was low , that is why they casted the bruentte. The bruentte is way more expierenced in acting than the blond one. Thé blond one is just a rookie you know and actually played the younger version of kösem.
They changed the actress as a small age up from a teen to a young adult. No, but brunette is more accurate to what the actual Kosem looked like. Nobody looks that good but it's TV
@Amira Djiar No, they don't. The actual Kosem was a brunette so they decided to give her a brunette actress during the age up cause they couldn't keep Kosem as a teen forever. So they changed the actress so Kosem could age up and have the right hair color; I think the showrunners let the original actress have blond hair when shooting either cause the actress didn't want to change her hair color to match the actual Kosem or because they thought the actress looked better with her natural blond hair and just decided that they'd fix the hair color with the next actress.
The blonde actress, also called Anastasia in real life, is Greek not Turkish. Also, I think they said she was too young to play the matured Kosem. But I would have loved to watch her grow in character, with a changed personality.
The actual real life Kosem was a brunette. She was originally Greek but learned the Turkish customs.

Fun fact, it's very hard not to scream during labor for the majority of us, but if you do it actually makes the labor last longer and harder on you, screaming pulls the baby back in. I got in trouble for the screaming during both of my kids, by the end of it with my husband I was so over the pain from my hips burning that I just laid back and tried not to cry and just push him the heck out of me. Don't get me wrong though, I would gladly go through all of it again, these two are my world and I would endure any pain for them.

What is difference between magnificent century and magnificent century:kosem
Telugu Tradition Magnificent Century is about Sultan Suleiman and his legal wife Hurrem Sultan and Magnificent Century: Kosem is about Sultan Ahmed and his legal wife Kosem Sultan.
The time period is different . Magnificent Century ends after Safiye’s arrival and Magnificent Century Kosem takes place just after her son’s death and her grandson takes the throne.
So Osman is not Kosem's son.

Why ahmed isn't happy with the birth?
This is happening within a part of the story where Ahmed is upset with Kosem for meddling in things behind her back (proving herself "just like everyone is in the harem") and as such has been ignoring her for months, even though he misses her. So while he's happy for the birth he's also struggling with trying to not forgive Kosem.

Why sultan treat kosem like that
He was angry with her because she did some intrigues behind his back, so he felt like she lost her innocence, just like all the other people from that palace, who are always conspiring. She hides from him the reasons for witch she does that ( I’m talking about the fact that Safiye Sultan killed her father). She does tell him later on, and they reconcile. But I found it disgusting the way he behaved towards her during her pregnancy!!! Especially since he always said she’s the most important for him. It certainly didn’t look like that.
