I definitely had the holiday mindset the weekend before we went away. Have a lovely holiday enjoy it and then try again when you are back. We can do this 💪🏼 xx
Well done Julie 👏👏that’s fab ! I think I may do weigh in every 2 weeks , I was gonna do every month , but that seems good especially if you have a bad week , you could claw some back the next week! We have centre Parcs booked in July so would like to loose a bit more for that (really enjoying CC too) well done ❤👏👏xxxx
Hi Julie, to see you losing weight in every weigh in is fantastic, I can see your changing with your clothes. You’ve certainly got fantastic control with what you eat. I think with 2 weekly weigh ins really suit you. I notice you don’t have any cheat days which is great, it’s easy to do those days but they do catch up with you and really slow your loses down. If you can’t trust yourself with 2 weekly weigh in then that’s not good you spend the second week cutting so much out it makes you feel deprived. Keep going as you are Julie because you’ve got this ❤ I’m still doing SW, I’m at target or maybe half a pound over. Have a good 2 weeks I’m looking forward to your next weigh in xxx
Hi Nicky, every 2 weeks really suits me for weighing in, so far I have not had a gain so hoping that continues. You can def get some off before centre parks - good luck just don’t set yourself an unrealistic target - slow and steady wins the race xxx
Hi Susie, you have done well to stay on or around target. That’s what I want to get to and think I might be able to do that this time. You are right I do not have cheat days and have a little of what I fancy and make sure it’s all counted and within my weekly calories. I think the exercise and movement helps me more than anything as it seems to make my attitude towards it all better to and I just feel so much better and motivated too xx
Well done Julie, don’t forget too that muscle weighs heavier than fat & if you’re toning your muscle you won’t necessarily drop a lot on the scales 😎. I think you’re doing brilliantly 👏 You have inspired me to get myself into gear! I’ve weighed in this morning & I’m down 5lbs in 2 weeks 🎉 Really pleased with that, as it’s not easy this side of 50 & menopause 😩 We can do this! Have a good week. Em 💜
That’s brilliant Em well done. I am happy with how it’s going as I do not feel deprived at all so think that this is something I can keep doing now. Weighing and measuring is a pain but I am getting so much better at eyeballing. I am definitely getting some muscle on my arms which is nice 👍🏻 xxx
@@JulieBuda it’s definitely a pain weighing, but the benefits are worth the hassle. It’s a long road to travel down & we humans want everything yesterday 🫣🤭 So many times this year I started & got disappointed when the scales didn’t move & gave in! If I’d just stuck it out I could have been further along with less weight to lose by now 😩 But, that mindset has gone now & you can’t eat a nut without first cracking it, so I’m here for the long haul now, gains or losses, I’m staying focused. 💕 xx
