Having had a major bike accident in which I received multiple injuries including a broken back, my one saving grace was the fact I was wearing riding gear, not expensive stuff but good enough to save me from some major road rash & smaller limb breakages, so yeah seeing guys riding around as I did back in my youth in just T shirts & shorts makes me cringe, all’s good now, it took two years but I’m back & out on two wheels 👊🏴
Fast lane D I noticed when u were up against 650ib u didn't have ur rear up against ur rear cowl there's a big airgap. So if u slide back the air will go over u much more efficient. Us bigger dudes need all the help we can get 😅☝️🤟👍 it's was his video BTW

I'm with you about stretching the bikes. I guess if that is your passion and the only thing you like to do is race on straights would make sense. But I like to enjoy the bikes doing what they are designed to do in all aspects not just one. I'm bias because I'm a track junkie.
and stretching does not belong on the track. I view those bikes like i do drag cars. They are so modified for just that, its silly seeing them on the street. Im not a fan unless your at an event for it.

2:51 that's the reason I didn't want to jump to a 1000. I like going 100+ in a straight line but I want my bike to do other bike things. Stunting, leaning, go fast, and dragging knees. Next bike will be a zx6r and I will put a full exhaust with tune for pops and bangs and to get rid of restrictions. Edit: currently on a 450cc sportbike and plan to take it to the track stunt it.
You are correct, soon as you stretch it to control wheelies you kill the cornering ability. Tight twisties become a pain. Now if all you do is race straight line then yep stretch it because it is boring. But if you enjoy race tracks and canyon riding then leave it stock. Where I live in canyons of Colorado I see very few stretch bikes because ? Tight twisty roads suck on a stretched bike

I believe you can go both ways with your bike, stretched or not. It looks beautiful either way, but I personally enjoy the aesthetics of a stretched bike more. I got a 06 Kawi Zx6r and it's stretched and I enjoy that bike a lot and it handles great on the road and Im from the caribbean where the roads are small as hell lol

Once you get over 300HP on the H2, stretching is the only option to be able to use that much power. If you're only pushing around 230, swb is fine.

I wouldn't stretch any of my bikes. I like curvy back roads, and I like track days. I'm with you. It destroys the versatility of the bikes
The choice on the swing arm is 100% justified for you. the bike becomes 1 dimensional to a degree when you stretch it.
I say keep it how it is and do those carbon fiber wheels and keep up the great work on the video and I'll always be watching your videos
