Don't criticize my comment. In my opinion, institutions like IIsc or IITs should use only Ac's in most blocks for cooling,and also I think traditional fans make the looks of the rooms normal, otherwise those buildings should look atleast modern and I feel using traditional fans produces so much noise, I used to feel dizzy. See other prestigious institutions like MIT(just an example)I don't know what you guys think about this.
