FOR PALAK BHAJIYA:
Spinach - 100 grams
Sukha Dhana - 1 Spoon
Jeera - 1/2 Spoon
Black Pepper - 1/2 Spoon
Onions - 2
Potatoes - 2
Green Chilly - 1
Ginger - 1 piece
Garlic - 4 cloves
Ajwain - 1/2 Spoon
Hing - 2 Pinch
Chilly Flakes - 1/2 Spoon
Coriander - 1/4 Cup
Salt - 3/4 Tsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 Spoon
Baking Soda - 2 Pinch
Besan (Gram Flour) - 6 Tbsp
Rice flour - 4 Tbsp
Water - 3 Spoons
Chaat Masala
Oil for frying
FOR LAAL CHUTNEY:
Seedless Dates - 12
Tamarind - 2 Spoons
Water - 1 Glass
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Sukha Dhana - 1 Spoon
Ginger - 1 inch
Green chilly - 1
Garlic - 3 cloves
Red Chilly Powder - 2 Spoon
Jaggery - 2 Spoons
