    Simple...treat your employees with respect, hold them accountable, and pay them well. You will have people wanting to be there

    Im leaving my job because its just too late. The final straw was a complete, total, and absolute lack of trust in me when im the top performer and have the highest integrity. Yet they slap me in the face at ever turn to show me they dont trust me with anything and started micro managing everything in my branch. Well, im leaving, going some place else that has atleast a basic level of trust in their employees.

    My employer must have watched this. Right down the list, they've said they're all about everything in this video. Superficially lol.
    They *say* they are, and then act differently. I think that does more harm than good. So, if you're an employer watching this, if you don't actually put these things into practice, don't bring them up XD
