My 09 husqvarna wr 300 tops out at 71.9. Love watching the videos very nice and the masses appreciate what you do. When going fast, tuck down as much as you can to reduce drag

Great video bud I was thinking that it would do a little bit more than that but it is stock which I personally would rather have. I just love how everyone is talking about how fast their quad is but they almost all have been moded out some how. I have a 04 Can Am ds 650 Baja X which is totally stock and I run around 70/72 which is quite fast on a quad as you know

Dam. 75 miles per hour meant nothing to me until I converted it to Kms. 120 in the wind, knobby tires and on the street. Insane….. Hope the other guy has come through with the parts for the other one
Gearing is everything, my 87 LT 500 would hit triple digits with a 15 tooth front sprocket and an FMF pipe and silencer. It was only limited by gearing, it was reving so high i thought the top end was going to blow.
Gearing the sprockets will give you a bunch more top end. Pretty gnarled speed! Great vid.

@@justase64 the quadzilla is the fastest out of the box quad ever period. Google it and dirtwheels did the run. I believe it was 87 or 88 mph stock. Facts are facts.
I went down on the front sprocket on mine. Sacrifices some top speed, but made it much better on trails.

Vinny says fshaw, 90mph. I rode higher speed than every day going in to work the last ten years at work with my v65 Honda. When I retired I pulled the gas tank off to fix a clicking sound on the top end. I discovered both top structure tubes were broken all the way around with a tiny amount holding on both tubes on the bottom. I do not know what would have happened at 105mph but it sure caught my attention. The v65 had amazing performance. My work mates became more and more irritated with me as the last year rolled around in 97.

Ummm my 16 850 sportsman and 1000 XP sportsman would both run 84 on the limiter sooo I think that means Polaris fastest production

Wow. Going 75mph on a quad must be really scary. It's scary enough going 75mph in my Toyota Yaris, which is basically its top speed. I recently got new tires and a wheel alignment, which helps so it doesn't pull to the right anymore.
It's really not tho it's fun. Doesn't feel like 70 when I ride I'm always looking for another gear lol. 70 to me feels like 55 on a quad
Tapped out speed runs are perfect for reading your spark plug, to check your main jet. As you know,to meet factory emissions, they are jetted too lean, but maybe it's been rejetted. That XX would rule the dunes with 9 or 10 Paddle Haulers & smaller rear sprocket!!
It's fuel injected. They don't rule the dunes...too top heavy. Go to Glamis, and count Honda XX's. You might see one or two out of hundreds.
I have a 700xx great desert quad. Not so good at dunes. It's heavy. A banshee is the best dune quad. But they suck pretty much everywhere else. Quads are very specific. That said it doesn't suck it's just too heavy for dunes.

Possible warning... maybe? This is my all time favorite channel on you tube by far! It may not be true but I've heard tales of cops seeing vids like this and writing tickets to people citing their videos as evidence in court. Again may not be true but I'd hate to see anything negative come from your great videos!

Mine runs 83 MPH consistently. I'd check your sprocket for sure. Only thing I've done to mine is an aftermarket air filter. I didn't even add an exhaust
you should do an LTR 450 I don’t think you’ve had one of those on your channel yet, I love my LTR

Stock Raptor 700 would do 80mph with me @ 185lbs and 6ft tall. That's completely stock. All it takes is a small gear change to change it up. Note that I only attempted that when it was brand spanking new. I'd still get up to speed a year later but after a crash broke my arm I lost the nerve to go balls out.
I'd put money on the raptor 700 being the quicker. i use to own one but ya know...criminals need dope money.
My two fastest quads which I bought new at the time:
2012 Kawasaki brute force 750 did 121kmh on GPS
2019 Polaris sportsman 850xp did 124kmh on GPS
The Kawasaki felt most stable and I wish it had better suspension and more power.
The Polaris was not as durable but made tons of power and ride the best.
I wish it was 40 out, california is sunny but people dont take into account it being 100 in may

There's a Canadian company producing 500cc two stroke engines for 250 motocross bikes and they bolt right in. They also make a 2 stroke twin engine for Yamaha's R1 and I think it's also a 500cc. These engines all use the stock transmission gears unless a change is requested. Sent 'em a message begging them to build a 1,000 cc engine for my drag bike. Can't wait to see what they come up with for the quads.

You definitely didn’t wind it out far enough! My 08 KFX 450r has a full Sparks pipe, a K&N air intake and a programmer! We topped out at 88 mph!
Trx450r with high comp piston stainless valves stage 2 cam and I run 88 with a -2 rear sprocket.
I've chased them in the dunes, and they are pretty similar performance-wise to an HRC'd TRX450r. Raptor 700r seems to do everything but maybe slower trail stuff better IMO.

@@tanorkewl8360 misquoted. "HRC'd" refers to HRC kit (cam/jets/headpipe 06+/baffle removed) installed. I thought it would be obvious, but I guess not. Kit sold from Honda.

Hey 2 vintage have a question what what cause coolant in the oil maybe water pump seal looking to trade my dirtbike for a nice yfz 450 with lots of aftermarket parts but he said when he got motor rebuild there was coolant in oil
I believe the fastest production quad bone stock is the new 2023 Can-Am Renegade 1000r. QuadNation has one on his channel and it hit 80 and still had a little more to go. Thinking maybe 85 miles per hour topped out. Gets there pretty fast too and don’t even have to try to wheelie just full throttle it and it pops right up. Really sick looking bike but pricing is pretty wack.
They were comparing sport quads but yes the Can-Am 1000 is fastest top speed

Adjust the valves and timing chain slack and see gains!
Keeping the bike stock and swapping out the rear sprocket for one just a little smaller. You would probably hit 85mph or faster 😊

My brother has a mint special edition ltr450 completely stock accept for a cherry bomb plug in. and Maybe new sprockets gurenteed will hit 90mph. Fastest quad ive been on. Ive been looking into the trx700s myself not sure if i want 1 yet or not. But good runs and pretty decent
Friend have one like this he build it has a 1400cc Harley Davidson Engine in it , Man it takes off like a Rocket.
The scrambler and can am 1000 are both faster, the thundercats are pretty fast, I also used to have a lt500 Suzuki that would do 100
They put that engine on a dirt bike 20 years ago. Honda Xr650r. Weighs like 275 lbs. is the meanest thing out there if you can find one you should do a video on it.

Ok, I bought a CF Moto and rode it 85 mph and it got very loose but it did hit 85 when I backed out of it!!!
Does it have a temperature sensor on it . I would imagine pressure has something to do with top speed in higher elevation? Novice here , just asking? Maybe stock air intake restricts it some .

My banshee topped at 88mph with a big bore kit 34ml carbs and sprockets
I've seen with my own eyes a stock banshee do 77 ,and stock raptor do 80 , and quad Zilla do 75 mph

I think it's funny the Polaris predator Outlaw didn't even make it on the list my buddy had one I think it was a 650 not sure but the quad was pretty quick but I think it topped out at about 65 my buddy has the Honda TRX450R and that one definitely moves I think of Polaris Predator 550 requires a lot more maintenance but has a little more low-end torque I've never really scared myself on a quad as much as on a predator it always felt like it wanted to come around on me in the corners instead of sliding

that things gonna need top end or valve guide seals. smokes. and it should start with just button without touching throttle.... i have 2 of them i know.
