Aegon took this episode for me it was cool to see his approach on being king he’s understanding he needs the people for support he wants his son to be actively present in the doings of the small counsel he showed sympathy for the crown taking a lowly farmers sheep obviously he’s far from perfect and he’s probably throwing that all away next episode and moving forward after the death of his son but it was cool to see him actually interested in ruling
The reason people hate Cole is because he acts like he's honorable and above everybody in that regard when all of his actions have proved he is absolutely not honorable whatsoever. Daemon on the other hand is not a good person and he would be the first admit it. He does bad shit for the people he loves like Queen Rhaenyra and his brother. Cole is the worst kind of hypocrite
