I lived here for one year from 2016-2017 when I worked for Eikaiwa AEON. It was an amazing year! I spent so much time riding my bicycle around Fukushima City. I recognize all of these streets. Some days, I would ride for hours around the city to explore and see everything. I miss it a lot!

大町の古関裕而の生家跡地あたりだともいます。
官庁街以外の街路樹の剪定が厳しすぎますね。哀れな丸坊主。特に商業地の沿道住民が鬱陶しいとクレームを出すのでしょう。特に東京風あるいは仙台風にケヤキを植えるのはやめたほうがいい感じ。福島市の風土と市民の意識に合った樹種は何だろう？福島市は信夫山はじめ緑の山が近くに見えるので、いっそのこと街路樹やめちゃうというのも一つの考え方です。
