I absolutely love the fact, that they discovered, literally in the first mission, the scout-engineer harmony and the usage of platforms. It's like an unwritten rule to discover it.

Almost every time I introduce a friend to DRG, the first real mission we do spawns a dreadnought.
I think the first mission is cursed.

Getting a random Dreadnought spawn in the first mission is actually insane. I have about 600h playtime and it only happened to me twice lol
yeah, that was so chaotic.
Legally speaking rocking is more legal than stoning.
In both ways my friend i cant stone or get stoned without getting tossed in the slammer
Corestone is the season event which gives u xp basically.
Dreadnaughts are bosses and they can randomly spawn when u r taking too much time in mission.

still, its a rule, no matter if you are a green beard or not, no drinking leaf lovers, l wonder why they even have it at the bar
now i want an overclock that lets the minigun do more terrain damage so it can actually excavate (probably an unstable one at a severe damage and ammo penalty because being a ranged driller would be insanely game breaking)
Might be better with the autocannon or the missiles imo, but i also want to see that as an overclock

I was introducing a friend to this game once, and on his first mission we also got a dreadnought spawn right as we were beginning the escape sequence. I made a joke like "Okay well that's an extremely rare event, but lets just pretend its a scripted part of the escape sequence"
Now I'm starting to wonder if it's genuinely scripted because holy shit what are the odds

I’d say I’d love to try this game for the first time again, but I’m having just as much fun now with it as ever.
The dreadnought could have been saved with some resupplies. Still, pretty unlikely that that'd happen to you! If you keep playing, I'll be here for it. Rock and stone miners!

@@icy_7 yeah, not really what some community members would call a graybeard, but I can still offer advice. That core stone is mostly to help you advance the season pass, but gives some cash and xp. Once you can do it semi-reliably, you should always stop to fight the core stone when you see it.
