My dnetist did this to two front tooth about 8 years ago to straighten out the chips I had in the teeth- except he made the entire surface a yellow colour. I asked why he did that and he said because my teeth are going to yellow over time. 8 years later all of my other teeth are white and these are yellow and they stand out. I wish I had told him at the time to redo them and make them white but you trust them to make the right call.

Trounce, injection in your gum will be a bit painful ( front teeth , thin gum ) , but the rest should not be. If the tooth is already dead the treatment is not painful. The gum can cause problems but not tooth.

Rand Sawas Gonna have to have the whole restored / false tooth redone to color match it. These don't last for ever anyway. Maybe 10 years at most before need to restore new. Also so not try and get teeth whitened after you have this done or false teeth will not change and you have what we call corn tooth. If you are a smoker, brush teeth with baking soda paste and finger tip before you go in to remove all built up tar. Be surprised how much yellow is due to smoke.

why not extract some stem cells from bone marrow and inject into the dna of the tooth and see if that naturally restores the tooth to its original form ?
Stem cell rarely works and is very expensive. If it does not work you're out of that money and its considered experimental so insurances don't cover it.
