    Sir, u missed THETA A while finding THETA C/A , BY slope method u taught earlier u said ,THETA B/A means THETA B - THETA A....Then why u dont apply the same thing here......PLS clarify my doub.....😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟

    Now here, theta CA = theta C - theta A
    But we already know that, theta CA = theta A - theta C.
    How is it possible?? If anyone knows about it please tell me.

    Analyse the beam completely using slope deflection method and
    draw BMD if the following movements take place
    simultaneously
    .
    (i) The end A yields, turning through 1/250 radians in a
    clockwise direction.
    (ii) End B sinks 30 mm in downward direction.
    (iii) End C sinks 20 mm in downward direction.
    The beam has constant I = 34x10

      The displacement of B is zero, but the distance between tangent at b with respect to a is not.

    Why can't angle at c be found by taking area of CDD'C'. This method was used for earlier problems.

    Sir I'm confused, why not use theta D/C, since theta D is equal to zero because it has maximum bending moment. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

    "teeta c to a" means " teeta c - teeta a" then "teeta c" = "teeta c to a + teeta a"
    Then teeta c = 48/EI.. sir

      Theta C/A = Only Area of M/EI diagram between 'A' and 'C'
      Where as
      t B/A = Moment of Area ( means here we have to consider centroid also) of M/EI diagram between point A&B
      Note : While calculating the area of BMD we can use scalene triangle property also
