Omg same situation. I tried everything to get closer to her ,it’s been 2 years and I finally can say she is kinda “friend “ of mine and I definitely mean something to her (even it’s little ). it's gonna be the same story what I'm writing. l'm a student of English literature. And I had crush on one of my female teachers. In her class I could hardly concentrate on her lecture.i just craved for her voice, gesture, posture everything.Whenever I passed her in the corridor ,I felt I lost all my energy and became motionless.Her hair,eyes, attitude, manner everything was so captivating.Her eyes stole all of my words away.Oneday I wrote a letter and posted it to her address .I don't know whether she received it or not.However I didn't mention that I'm a girl.Maybe she would feel too much awkward knowing this.That's the tragedy of falling in love with someone who is straight.😔

Your teacher sounds like a good person. She has already let you down gently when you were little, and you are still friends. If she let you down again you could still be friends. That being said, YOU ARE BLIND, your teacher is willing to explore the idea of you being with you. She said she was gay, she could have said she was straight, yes support gay people blah blah blah. Other than kissing right on the spot, your teacher couldn't have given you a bigger green light to be with you if she tried. She is willing to let a girl who she knows loves her come and stay with her... since you are so blind lets not 'consider' what is or is not... lets be clear... SHE LIKES YOU... AS A POTENTIAL LOVER!!!
You know what I have experienced that turns girl on is... being direct. Tell her you are curious and want to visit and not just as friends. Type it out and grow a pair and click "send." I think it is because the people who are interested in literature and looking for much more feelings, or I should express it by saying they are looking for the lack of passion in their lives. For instance, I'm studying English literature at university and I am aware of lack of love in my life. Materials doesn't take my attention but not literature. I think it is the essential point, how would you ignore the love stories and not to fall in love with these stories in literature? I actually can't do that.
