You should try making OAP FC. The youngest player you can have 1 low rated youth academy player that needs to grow to 90+ but everyone else needs to be over 32. It’ll be a challenge as pace probably won’t be up there with younger players, you’ll have to choose a strategy that works with the age of the squad and the team will change every few years; so you’ll have to manage going up from league 2 with retiring players and have the oldest combined age team to win the champions league
