It's not a mess. It's indian government policy to save everyone from covid from international travelers
Don't miss South India, temples out there are absolute example engineering marvels of ancient India.
Leave south India they can't even enter India now
Tourist visa of 30 Days is Issued only for once a year during covid period
And since their marraige isn't registered in Canada they cant even apply Spouse visa

Sandra, really sad to hear that you won't be able to come to India for next one year. I pray you guys get your marriage registered soon and then again visit various places. Red fort is just the start, India has lot to offer from hills to beaches to historic places to modern marvels. Desi food of all regions, village life etc etc.
