Been waiting for this for a while. Such a wonderful insight
If you don’t know what you’re looking at you won’t understand the meaning of your work. Understanding makes work more enjoyable. Studying. Marriage. Lodge. Whatever.

I’m reading a book by Robert Lomas right now, it mentions the Dionysian Architects briefly then quotes De Costa. I now plan to buy a couple books on the subject because it has me convinced this lineage could be the ancestors of modern Freemasonry. Thanks for putting this video out there!

But how do you sort this mystery out? The people living in northern ice of Scandinavia, the Norse, with their traditions, have a lot of allusions to the sun, moon, lightning, light, to battles with giants (just like Orphic/Greek titans) etc. The Norse even have snakes. The Ancient Egyptians have the same, with the Egyptian deities having suns on their head with cobra snakes or moon. The Jews have references to snakes. Stars in hieroglyphs, the same ones Pythagoras uses. Orphic goes to Dionysian mysteries which goes to Osirian mysteries. The 3 represents the Theban Triad or Mendes Triad, or Memphis Triad. So did it come from Scandinavia, from the Shamanistic Scythian steppes, or from Ancient Egypt? There's some symbols in cave art that will shock some people on what the Shamans painted which maybe influenced Scandinavia AND/OR also influenced Persia/Egypt/Sumer. The conclusion then leads us to believe one thing... Likely it all originated in Ancient Egypt or Ancient Sumer and traveled outward across the world. As in BEFORE the ice ages. I've seen enough to know, Ancient Sumer, Ancient Egypt are the most likely source. The stuff I find is too old, too much like "cave man art" to say otherwise or to claim that the Shamanistic steppes invented it. The Shamans probably learned from Egypt too. Also I tend to see writing as a sign of advanced civilization, which again, it's always Ancient Egypt or Sumer.
