I don't blame anyone for not believing this, but it's true .while kayaking one night to catch the rising tide, a storm came in and I had to make an emergency shelter. I happened to pitch my tent on the uphill side of a tree that did that all night long🥺
Those roots on the road side are gone, they do nothing, I would bet that the road building did it. I have noticed that building on a lot with mature trees usually kills the trees.
Yep that tree is gonna come down at some point, they shouldn't have cut that road that close to it! Since this was made in 2017 I bet it has fallen by now.
It's June 29, 2024. Wonder is this tree is still there.
Not if Ralph had his way.
Now it's July 7th and I doubt it. Covid probably got it
Nah
I would imagine that redwood will still be there long after we're gone.
✌️
I’ve stood next to a tall tree and felt the ground moving on a windy day.
Cool video
It isn’t the root, it’s the whole darn tree! Plus, redwoods are notoriously shallow-rooted. That being said, this one is clinging for life.

He doesn't say it fell he's just showing the movement of the root during the wind storm. Not clickbait

Not sure WHY I listened to that as loudly as I did, for as long as I did.
When it falls, they can take the bend out of the road.
Not good when the dirt looks like it’s breathing!!!!!🪬🩷🧿🌳🌬️🌳🧿🩷🪬
I think I heard it go "Weeeeeeee!!!!"😅
Dang that thing there is holding on for dear life my friend. Goodness gracious
I'm puzzeled in th e beginning of this film it says LRJ Driveway Douglas Fir why does the titel say Redwood tree root in the wind?
Is it a redwood or a Douglass Fir?
Cue the Little Rascals "Weep... weep wow..." sound.
You should move your driveway and berm some dirt around that tree with a retaining wall

Hey SBR. Didn't know you had a YT.
Greetings from southern OK from pailfayce.
wow great video
That was cool
Title says it's a redwood tree, commentator says it's a pine tree. Which is it? Did it fall?
Douglas firs are neither redwood trees nor true pines (although they are in the greater "pine" family).
That tree needs to become ,furniture! 😊😊
If that tree has fallen, did anyone here it?
Its dangerous in such winds.. filming 1 Tree and maybe getting hit by another tree from behind..?!
Perhaps using a long distance lens?
A Douglas Fir is not a Redwood, but, whatever.
When it falls will it make a sound if the camera isn’t there?
Did it fall
TIMB............ber😨
LOST HER IN THE RAIN REMASTERED (🌧 )2006
Well that was almost interesting. Kinda like watching paint dry😂
BFD
What was the point...
CLICKBAIT
Click bait not interested at all. If the tree fail that would be a totally different story. Don't fall for the false advertisement
What’s click bait about the title? Improve your reading comprehension before you make any more dumb comments
Description read "Tree root in windstorm" nothing else.
You are looking for a tree uprooted maybe.
if it doesn't move....it breaks....
