Easily my favourite episode & the way Lance Reddick played the king of the gods was amazing & incredibly fitting. All of the cast have surpassed all my expectations for the season & have blown me away like I was Ares in that tide POW!!!
Yeah it was great. A few changes from the book but I enjoyed them

This episode was amazing, I loved every second of it. I'm with you. I'm actually so sad this series is over because I was looking forward to the weekly episodes. I want a straight s2-s5 renewal by disney because I NEED to see how it all plays out and the plot twists that Rick for sure will take (I've read the books but there's something about seeing it in live action that has me so hyped). I'm gonna miss watching your reactions after the show, you've mostly said everything that I've been thinking which is great. RIP to Lance, he was a phenomenal Zeus and I'm so sad we wont get to have him anymore (even though Zeus is trash af). The way Zeus said 'Boy' my ass would have been down those steps quickly!!!! Luke's betrayal, I mean it really got to me even though I was expecting it and I do understand him but its just the way he goes about it. I cant wait for how the interactions are gonna go when Annabeth/Luke & Percy/Luke first meet each other again and just how its all gonna go down. It's gonna hurt man :( the way when Percy said "we'll meet here again next year" i legit said "wait for me, i wanna comeeeee".

I heard people say Olympus looks to empty, fair, but I think that did have to do with the change to make Percy miss the deadline, so the war is already going on.
Olympus looked dope! If they did it the way the book described it might’ve looked a little goofy tbh and I didn’t like the change of him missing the deadline that was a weird choice

Ironic you mentioned you'd be mad your clothes got wet after Ares threw Percy. In the books, percy can choose to stay dry when water touches him. I assume they left that out of the show because it would be a nightmare to film lol
His clothes were dry after his fight with Ares tho
