She isn't bold. Just chill person. Balinese person usually very open minded, chill and love to talk or interact with anyone from different culture. I used to stay at Bali for more than 2 years to know how Balinese behave as regular. Still polite and considerate but not afraid to tell what's on their mind. Other cultures from Indonesia was just taught morally to behave accordingly, but Balinese usually very open minded and not afraid to break free from conservativeness, you know what I mean.
