    That project turned out really nice, fits the location really well. Nice work.

    You've worked with some very knowledgeable customers lately.

      Knowledgeable to a point perhaps, when he started talking about breathing diesel exhaust and the entirely fictional "clean coal" I burst out laughing, way to keep a straight face Joel!

    I remember seeing solar panels on the sides of houses in the 1980s. It was a trend that failed leaving those ugly faded panels on the house. The roof panels won’t last the reliability of knob and tube screwed with for 90 years.

    Im loling at the idea of calling tech support and they tell you the arcing is from a firmware update lol forever

      I’m loling at the idea people really believe this is “off the grid” energy

    Guys have to be breaking down the door to work for this organization. 😊 sounds like a great place to work, details, details, details.

    This is a good executed PR video 👍, when the main point is "it looks good" 😂.

    What an expensive, overcomplicated, Rube Goldberg of a residential electrical system!
    About the time it begins paying for itself, parts will need replacement for one reason or another.

    How do the panels, inverters, and batteries comply with working space requirements of the IFC, NEC, and OSHA? It looks to me like the batteries block safe access.
    * International Fire Code - 603.4 space and clearances.
    * National Electric Code -110.26(A) Spaces About Electrical Equipment. Access and Working Space.
    * OSHA - 29 CFR 1910.303(g). ACCESSIBILITY

    What is the ROI on this system? Guessing close to 100 years?

    • @markgriz
      @markgriz ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Judging by the house, ROI doesn't seem to be a driving factor

    Maybe because system don't go online yet.
    I still wonder how much you pay for that

    • @mrcryptozoic817

      @@Taylorstoolbox317 Thanks! But that means, there is no real ROI. There's no positive ROI to the current home owner, but maybe the kids when they are 50 y.o. You can buy a LOT of conventional power for $200k.

    Makes no sense that communication is inducing a voltage externally. Communication is low voltage. Also FCC requirements for emissions would assure very low levels of emissions which could not be sensed. I’m not believing this explanation. If true, something is really wrong with engineering.

    Smart switches are garbage too. They have plastic yokes and are as big as 1990 gfci’s. Complete trash. When it becomes faster to go to a stupid app to switch a closet light on there’s a serious problem!

    You will never be off the grid...think how your food and water is distributed ..food distribution is a grid of hrowers suppliers delivery...water,,and on and on
