That Rocket Chassis House Car always runs good with a driver behind the wheel that has a chip on their shoulder and Huddy sure has a big one on his. What a race 🏁🏁

I was at this race. It was incredible. Marshalltown is a very underrated track.
These guys were cookin around that place!
My Grandfather used to take me to this track every summer when we'd spend a week ..... Then when I was 14 we moved to eastern Iowa and there are a lot of good tracks around here, Davenport, West Liberty, Dubuque, Farley, Burlington which was one of the original Outlaw Sprint tracks ... Several smaller tracks in Maquoketa, Tipton, Blue Grass .... For years we used to do Davenport on Friday night, West Liberty on Saturday night and Dubuque on Sunday night
That was ridiculously good racing, what a show. 🏁

Such an exciting race and a great victory real tooth n nail fighting for the lead.
Back when I lived in the midwest I used to go to 100-125 races a year... now that I've moved to Texas I barely go to 25 races a year. If I had to make the move all over again.... I doubt I would.
Raced at that track in 66 when it was new. Has not changed a bit wide enough you had several groves to run.
MORE LATE MODELS AT MARSHALLTOWN. This tracks top Grove is insane and if the yellow hadn't come out Overton would've fought a lot harder for a lot longer down there on the bottom

I went my first time at the Larson challenge. 8 laps in they were lapping cars.
Davenport and Larson racing each other through lap traffic for 42 laps nonstop on a track like that was a site to behold.
Looks like some are butthurt because that Rocket1 is wearing out those Longhorns.

I didn’t see O’Neal damage any cars but he damn sure destroyed a few egos, especially one belonging to Erb. He went by him so fast, it looked like Erb dropped anchor.

The Rocket 1 is the car and driver all others are measured against these days.
He probably has at sometime, but I can’t recall Shepard passing the 1 car yet.
Leaving a house car to go into the family business is almost always a bad idea.
They do put on a good show, but I’m telling you right now Hudson O’Neal is making a lot of enemies and once you get so many enemies as Mr. Hendricks said you can’t win a championship
