    That caramel icing is like my mother would make brown sugar icing and she would feed it till it got stiff and I think that but I never did know how to make it I think you can make it with Splenda brown sugar with heavy cream

      Sorry but this one is using regular flour. And a bunch of sugar. Rose would have to test test it. Rose thinks it will work with bobs gluten free flour with one teaspoon of baking soda, one teaspoon of baking powder and one teaspoon of salt. She has had success with that type of mixture. See the video on beef and dumplings she made about three or four videos earlier. The gluten free dumplings and biscuits in that used that mixture were were excellent. Make a quick layer to test it for yourself and let rose know how you liked it. God bless.
