My partner has used ours since the baby was 10 weeks old; he loves it! Our baby is now 6 months old, forward-facing, and looks pretty comfy. As with all carriers, the baby and adult must determine the best style. I find all carriers extremely uncomfortable, and they cause extreme backache because of my body shape. It really depends on the individual.

Wish I had seen this before buying. I do find it really comfortable now the baby is bigger but you can’t machine wash it which is a big issue and the company have terrible customer service. Thanks for sharing. For forward facing do you just make the Velcro as narrow as possible??
Oh no, so sorry! Honestly, I don’t think it will be any good in the facing away position. Try it without narrowing the seat. What you’re looking for is for your baby to be in a proper seated position, so you want the support under their thighs.
This is way too long if you're looking to quickly put this thing on when your baby is crying. Extremely frustrating when you're looking for quick instructions. Go to the next video.

How old is your baby? Hopefully, it will be more helpful as they get bigger.
