@@Mary-cj1op thanks to my time in the military I've lived all over. I am in Florida permanently for a reason. I can think of less than 5 other places outside of here I would consider living in. But hey, to each their own. The more people dog on the state, hopefully the less will keep moving here!!!
Took my daughter for her first metal concert, she had a blast. Sprintbox and Gojira got the shaft. Sound guy fck their sound all to sh!t because that’s what we could hear, sh!t. A wall of distortion and so much bass on the kicks just drowned out everything, even the vocals. Bands played their hearts out but sound man fcked it for them. IMO.
Its a common issue and has the history, that you can't have the same quality as headliner.. Truth is today, and no argument things could have been done to do better, but being a opener who's home with flu, I can say simple changes might result in try technical problems largely unavoidable.. Definitely not intentional and some times not lack of skill. Korn sound is dedicated everything in house adjusted to em.. So to risk changing anything before they play, just can't risk that it doesn't get changed back proper so sound board before it got to live with what's going.. Hope that explains rock on, and thanks for letting me know that happened..
